WHAT a world.... I am an SC and she is the consultant...Can you imagine what are our topic of conversation at home now???
Funny, since we are quite expert on customer experience things..when we see brands, we can understand how they work, how they manage their customer, does customer really important for them or not, how the brand should do to increase the NPS and loyalty... It will become our pillow talk!
